We will analyze, review, study, and make updates to your Church Office Finance Data Base from information that you provide to us.  For example, from Checking account statements, Savings/CD account(s) statements, Foundation statements, and all other Financial reporting source statements.

We shall connect directly to you Church Office computer system to perform all of the above tasks and all other tasks as your Church Office may require of us in the future.  After our work is completed (i.e., monthly, etc.) we print all financial reports to your Church Office printer and/or email to individuals as required.  

Quarterly, we prepare all Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 941 reports for your signature and mailing.  Annually, we prepare all Employee W-2’s, Employee 1099’s.  In addition we prepare the Employer W-2 and Employer 1096 as well for your signature and mailing too.
